Random Pictures and Quick Catch-Up

So, our computer crashed a few months ago. We are not technology buffs and so we let it go for a while. Here are some random pictures of some of the things that happened while we were out of service and not posting.

HALLOWEEN: The boys were Thing 1 and Thing 2 and I was the Cat in the Hat. (a weak one, but one none the less). Lydia was Snow White, Gabby was a butterfly and Adam was a 1920's gangster. We had tons of fun!!!












These are the sweetest kittens that our cat Missy had in October. We since have had 2 get sick and pass away. So sad, but they have been so much fun!



Here we're all at the Circus. The kids loved all the the amazing things we saw. I don't thing AJ stopped clapping the entire time. However, we won't be able to go back when the boys are older. The "women of the circus" are so NAKED that I think it's probably inapropriate for young men. Adam had to look away a lot!!!





This is our sweet Tate's first Birthday! I cannot believe my baby is 1 already! This year went by the fastest of any so far. He was so cute! He loved all his toys and dove right into his cake. He has been the most amazing little person that I have ever met; always happy and laughing. He has been the easiest baby so far and my little treasure. I always say that if we ever have a baby better than Tate, they will have to be born potty trained. :) We love you so much, Tate, and are so happy that you are a part of this family. Thanks for choosing us!!!

Prizes

Adam was out of town this last weekend in Alabama for business. When he's gone, the kids and I go to Peter Piper Pizza, (for those who don't know, it's like Chucky Cheese). We all think it's fun! Anyway, we made out like bandits with the amount of tickets we won from the arcade games. When we turned them in for prizes, the kids all wanted these funny glasses. I took these silly pictures of them. My kids are so funny and cute. I love being a mom!!!

4th of July

The 4th of July is HUGE in El Paso. The neighborhood is alive and the driveways are full of people watching the fireworks. We live right outside the city limits and so the "big" fireworks are allowed. It's so much fun to see them up close. The next morning it looks like a war-zone with garbage and ashes and soot everywhere. It was so much fun for our family!!! Sarah is still here from Utah, and we had our friends, the Stevens, over for fireworks. Poor AJ couldn't handle the late night and crashed, so we put him to bed. We missed you buddy. The other kids had so much fun, even Tate did really well with all the loud noises. Here are some pictures.

Gabby"s Birthday

So it was Gabby"s 4th birthday. We had a party with all our friends to celebrate her. Thanks everyone for coming.

We love our Gabby so much! She is so full of energy and strength. When she was a toddler I wondered how we would ever handle her as she got older and more opinionated. But much to our surprise, she is one of the sweetest, most lovable people I have ever been around. She is still so strong, but it is becoming of her and I know that if we can help direct her to the Lord and a strong testimony, that she will be an unstoppable force for good in this world. She wants to be good and wants to help and is so full of love. She is amazing and I cannot express how grateful we (I) are to get to have her in our home. Happy Birthday Gabby Kate.

Lose Tooth

So Lydia finally lost a tooth. She has been anxiously awaiting this day for over a year. I lost my first tooth when I was 5, and so I assured her that it was coming soon. I accidentally lied to her. Sorry Bug. Anyway, it finally happened a year and a half later, and so here are her pictures. Love you bug!

Vacation 2010

So we just had the most fun vacation in Utah. We went to Lagoon, horse back riding, Progressive Power Tumbling, 4-wheeling, (which I rolled and am so lucky to not be injured or dead. Thanks to Heavenly Father),to the temple, golfing, up the canyon to a cabin, (thanks Matt!) and on and on. So busy and exhausting, but fun exhausting!!!

Thank you to my husband who took us, to my parents who let us stay with them and spent so much time and money to be with us; to Adam's mom who drove all the way down from Montana to be with us as well, and Adam's brother Troy who came from Bountiful to hang out so that we didn't have to take another hour drive. (Took one for the team Troy, thanks.) To Matt and Lacey for waiting for us to bless little Charlie so that we could be there. (btw, Charlie so, soooo adorable, I couldn't get enough. I miss him so much. Don't get too big.) To all the Bangerters (Especially Matt who was facing finals and sacrificed all that study time) who donated the cabin, 4-wheelers and helmets that I smashed and broke when I wrecked the 4-wheeler.

I think that's everyone. There was a lot that went into this and we/I am so grateful for all your help. We had so much fun and the kids are already trying to get us to do it again next week. :) Hopefully it was fun for all those involved. We love you so much and miss you all already.
